We use inquiry details to respond to your request, arrange lessons or discuss a DiCoPro project.

The form saves your name, email, organization where applicable, musical goals or program needs, scheduling preferences, contact permission and campaign source. Please do not submit medical, payment or other sensitive information. For a student under 18, use a parent or guardian’s contact details.

Website measurement

We record page views and interactions, the page path and campaign labels to understand which activities produce useful inquiries. This first-party reporting does not store an advertising identifier or IP address in its records. Campaign attribution is kept in this browser’s session storage; it is not used for cross-site advertising. No Meta Pixel or Google Analytics tag is included in this launch version.

Access and retention

Lead records are available only to the authenticated Boulware Music site owner. We use the existing website hosting service to store them. We review unconverted inquiries for deletion after 12 months and keep client records as needed to provide the service and meet business requirements. We do not sell inquiry data or add you to an unrelated mailing list.
