EMAIL SIGNATURE SETUP

The numbered HTML files use small public images hosted on boulwaremusic.org. These are the versions to copy into your email signature. The OFFLINE-PREVIEW files use local images for viewing without an internet connection; do not copy those into email settings.

GMAIL
1. Open a numbered HTML file in your browser after extracting this ZIP.
2. Select the visible signature and copy it (not the HTML source).
3. In Gmail: Settings > See all settings > General > Signature > Create new.
4. Paste the signature, choose its defaults for new messages and replies, and save changes.
5. Send yourself a test message. Check the logo and both links on your phone too.

OUTLOOK / APPLE MAIL
Open a numbered HTML file in a browser, copy the rendered signature, and paste it into the account’s signature editor. If the editor removes the image or changes the layout, insert the supplied PNG using its image control, then add your contact text and link manually. Email applications handle pasted formatting differently.

LOGO ONLY
Use either logo-only HTML size, or insert a PNG from images/. Display the 600-pixel-wide logo at 300 pixels, the 480-pixel logo at 240 pixels, or the 192-pixel B at 80-96 pixels. Always keep the aspect ratio.

NOTES
Some recipients block remote images until they choose to display them. Your name, email and website in the full and compact signatures remain real text. This kit does not change any account settings or install a signature automatically. Send a test from each email app before adopting a style.
